By accessing and using Elite Wears' website, mobile application, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Services Offered
Elite Wears provides custom tailoring services, consultation bookings, ready-to-wear garment sales and style customization services. All services are subject to availability and acceptance by Elite Wears.
Booking & Consultations
Consultation bookings are confirmed upon receipt of your booking details. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel consultations with reasonable notice. Custom orders ('Make One') require accurate measurements and style preferences. Once production begins, cancellations may incur fees.
Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed through Paystack, our secure payment gateway. Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. We accept card payments and bank transfers as indicated at checkout.
Customization & Returns
Custom-made garments are final sale and non-refundable due to their personalized nature. Ready-to-wear items may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility.
Delivery & Shipping
Delivery times vary based on location and order type. Custom orders typically require 2-4 weeks after measurements are confirmed. We ship within Nigeria and internationally. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Elite Wears is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Measurements & Fittings
For custom orders, you are responsible for providing accurate measurements. We recommend professional measuring services. Elite Wears may offer virtual or in-person fittings where available. If garments do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by you, alterations will incur additional charges.
Intellectual Property
All designs, images, logos, and content on Elite Wears' platforms are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without written permission.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of Liability
Elite Wears is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
